Seen Wildly

Women’s embodiment portrait experiences in nature

Where you meet yourself differently.

What to Expect

This is a portrait experience where you meet yourself as you are.

We take the time to slow things down so you can actually arrive, in yourself, in the space, and in what’s present for you. There’s intention in how this is held, but not in trying to get somewhere. It’s more about noticing what’s already there when nothing is being pushed or shaped. Nature plays a big part in that. It settles things and reflects them back in a way that’s hard to access otherwise. My role is to hold that space, see what’s there clearly, and photograph what comes through.

Space to arrive

You’re given the time to actually land in yourself before anything is captured.

Seen from a distance

I shoot from further away, so you’re not being watched up close or managed. It changes how you settle and move.

Held, not directed

There’s structure in the space, but you’re not being shaped or told how to be.

Nature as part of it

The environment isn’t just a backdrop. It settles things and reflects them back in its own way.

Is it for me?

This tends to resonate if you’re in a bit of an in-between.

Things look fine on the surface, but something underneath feels like it’s shifting. You might be noticing how much of who you’ve been has been shaped by what’s expected, what works, or what’s been reinforced over time. There’s a sense there’s more there, you just haven’t quite seen it clearly yet.

It’s also for women who don’t feel comfortable in front of a camera.

The way I shoot, from a distance and without posing, tends to change that. People settle, forget they’re being photographed, and end up seeing themselves in a way they didn’t expect.

You see what’s been there the whole time.

It might be something that needs to move or be felt, or a side of you that hasn’t had much space.

You don’t have to be ready or in a great space to experience Seen Wildly the way you think… That’s often when something shifts.

“I’m not a natural in front of the camera and often I feel awkward or feel that I am meant to be ‘doing’ something. But Bec’s process really helped me to get out of my head and into the moment, without force, without effort, without expectation.

Bec has a unique quality to hold space and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants to be captured in a raw and authentic way.”

“The shoot was really perfect for me. Working so deeply with the Earth in my energy work, being in that environment made me feel so comfortable at and ease — so no weird faces!

I'm so happy with the photos, there is such a nice balance play, exploration and I guess normal! Which I've never had in photos I have seen of me before.”

Be Seen Wildly

This can happen 1:1, or as part of something you’re already creating, like a retreat.

I also work with private groups for things like birthdays or more intimate gatherings.

I move around, so it’s worth checking where I am at the moment. If you have something in mind elsewhere, you can still reach out and we can see what’s possible.
